Promoting Nouns culture through the construction of NoggleStar, a permanent installation for IRL spaces
NoggleStar ⌐◨-◨ ⭐is a public architectural installation inspired by the iconic Noggles, designed to be functional and impossible to miss. The work will be built at Vida Verde, a cultural hub where artists, urban regenerators, creators, and the Web3 community come together. Located in El Hatillo, a tourist town on the outskirts of Caracas, Venezuela, the goal is to expand Nouns culture.

Where the Noggles are always the stars.
More than a sculpture, NoggleStar will be a living space where people can sit, drink coffee, chat, create art, and discover the Nouns universe.
It will be a social micro-architecture, designed for the community to gather in and around the Noggles.
Where the Noggles are not just a symbol, but a functional and livable space.
NoggleStar will have a QR code that will direct you to Nouns DAO
The structure will serve simultaneously as:
• A permanent art installation • A Nouns IRL meeting space • Chairs and tables for enjoying coffee and chatting. • Stage: a space for artistic creation and fostering a sense of community through talks and discussions. • Promoting Nouns Dao in a natural way
Context and Impact
Vida Verde has been promoting the nouns spirit for over a year through workshops, meetings, cultural activities, and social initiatives. It is currently the only active space in Venezuela promoting Nouns within the Web3 community.
The project aims to turn the space into a permanent physical hub for Nounish culture in Latin America.
The installation will be located in El Hatillo, in the Green Life spaces a well-known tourist town that welcomes hundreds of visitors each month. This makes NoggleStar: • A visible attraction for tourists • A photogenic public artwork • A physical symbol of the Nouns movement • A Nouns meeting space for everyone
Every visitor will be able to interact with the structure, generating organic buzz on social media and within web3 communities.

We have reviewed the Venezuelan Section on the OFAC List, along with indexcard. The sanctions do not apply to venezuelan citizens or independt projects such as VIDA VERDE. These sanction only apply to the venezuelas government, state-owned enterprises and government officials.
