Nouns × Kismet Closing Party Farcon Rome @ Vera3 Space + Live Auction
NOTE: this is an iteration prop following the rejection of prop 953. We followed community feedbacks and cut costs removing the previous LED installation. We improved ROI measures, through bar revenue and a live art auction at Farcon. We also added more details on Kismet artists and Nouns IRL activations.
Proposing that Nouns co-host, together with Kismet, the closing party of Farcon Rome. A curated, high-energy gathering designed to bring together 200+ builders, artists, and community members in a more informal, cultural setting. As a plus: Live Auction of Nouns by Kismet on site of the main event.

Deliverables:
- Great vibes cohosted event with buffet and first free drink
- Nouns branded cocktail bar (drink list, banners, etc.)
- Bar event sales profit split 1/2 to Veracura and 1/2 to Nouns DAO treasury
- Nouns game IRL tables and card decks by Tempe Techie, shipping of Bigshot ⌐◨-◨, and extra gadgets by fattybuthappy.eth and thecyrptonomad.eth

We are requesting $9,5k from Nouns to cover venue costs and multiple IRL activations during main Farcon and the afterparty. Kismet will contribute an additional $5k for production, as well as $20k to cover artists’ travel and accommodation, live music performances, DJ and VJ experiences, and physical artworks.

Vera3 Space - part of Veracura
Located in San Lorenzo (Rome), an alternative and vibrant neighborood near Sapienza Univeristy, Soho House, and central train station (Termini). It hosts cultural events every week, with hundreds people coming in - most of them actors, musicians, artists. DYOR: Instagram
Cocktail Bar Activation
The internal cocktail bar of the venue will be fully nounish, with a dedicated drink list, banners and other visuals.
An an extra incetive, the venue's org has confirmed to split the bar net profit, so 50% of bar sales profit will go straight to Nouns DAO treasury. Thanks to Vera3 mediation.
Nouns Cards Tables
And to make the event super nounish, we will setup tables for the first ever IRL Nouns cards game. Kudos to tempetechie.eth ⌐◨-◨
Nouns Live Auction at Farcon main event
In addition to co-hosting the closing party, the goal is to make Nouns visibly and creatively present throughout the entire Farcon experience.
How? Nouns featured through a Live Art Auction organized by Kismet Casa:
- Auction of 2 Nouns (#1193 and #1316) with reserve price of 0.7eth each. DUNA multisig will act as escorw and DAO treasury will be the recipient of the sales.
- Limited Nounish Bidding Paddles ⌐◨-◨
This experiment could create a great precedent for the DAO, activating a new mechanism to keep the ETH treasury growing and onboard new engaged community members.
Kismet & Urbe will also provide with a Showcase of nounish arts by nounish artist at Farcon main event.
This creates additional high-signal moments continuing to have presence in Farcon events, placing Nouns directly in front of an engaged, relevant audience and reinforcing its role as both a cultural and economic participant in the ecosystem.
